Hi Steven and Martin,

Setup was easy, and read the initial blog between the two of you. However, I am wondering if we need another layer of communication, since it looks like items that would be posted on a blog could just as easily be handled via email. Besides checking my emails, now have to visit the Blog page to check for communications. Give me a thirty hour day, and I would have time to do this.

Think we should just add an FAQ section to our web site, and update on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Fyrewash in the cold

This is Jeff up here in Kirland Lake. We gotta a load of Fyrewash and it was placed in a storage building that lost heat. Froze it up solid. We got the heat back on and it thawed nicely and we would like to know if it can still be used.
